A visitor’s tax of EUR 2.50 per person per day is charged in Blankenburg and is not included in our prices. The visitor’s tax covers the use of public transport and other benefits in the surrounding area.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 p.m. 30 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel retains the right to the agreed remuneration despite non-use of the service (cancellation fee). The hotel must offset the income from renting the rooms to other parties as well as the expenses saved. If the rooms are not rented to other parties, the hotel may make a lump-sum deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation with or without breakfast and for package deals with third-party services, 70% for half-board and 60% for full-board deals.
