While you are (hopefully) still deep in your dreams, our hotel restaurant is already bustling with activity. Our dedicated service staff ensures that everything finds its proper place on the buffet. Fresh bread from the local baker, organic cheese from the region, and cold cuts from the local butcher complete our breakfast offerings.
Sweet or savory? Or perhaps both? Croissants, sweet spreads, and cakes are available for our guests with a sweet tooth. Egg dishes, cheese, and cold cuts await our savory lovers. This is complemented by a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, prepared with great care. There's something for everyone. And to ensure that both our early birds and late risers start the day off right, we serve breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m.
LUNCHTIME
When that little hunger comes
At lunchtime, our castle restaurant offers a small selection of light dishes: From 13:00 to 17:00 we serve food from our snack menu.

When the weather is fine, we enjoy our leisurely coffee gatherings on our tranquil sun terrace.

In our kitchen, we prioritize regional and seasonal availability when selecting ingredients. This focus shapes our culinary offerings at the castle restaurant.
Our menu includes a selection of vegan options with three different dishes daily. Regional and seasonal ingredients play an important role in our selection.
In addition, we carry selected Fairtrade products and place great importance on the transparent origin of our ingredients. Some of our food products are sourced from regional partners, supplemented by products from further afield.
We select our suppliers based on clearly defined quality and origin criteria and maintain regular communication with them. Herbs from the local EWILPA® region complement individual dishes and underscore the regional focus of our cuisine.
Our castle restaurant has been awarded the Greentable seal for "Sustainable Gastronomy". Furthermore, our culinary offerings were assessed in 2024 according to the GreenSign Gastro certification program.
