Our guests often meet chef Michael in our own herb garden. A moment that reveals that it’s not just our herbs that grow here, but also the ideas for our delicious dishes. Surrounded by the aromas and colours of nature, Michael and his kitchen team find the inspiration for the dishes that make our menu so unique. Our dishes are colourful, full of flavour and of the highest quality. We make a lot of things ourselves and like to preserve and experiment. This is how we bring the flavours of summer into the cooler seasons.

Our aim in the restaurant is to inspire every guest with culinary delights. That’s why we offer plant-based highlights alongside regional meat and fish specialities. Even before the vegan diet became a trend, our entire team was intensively involved with the diversity of plant-based cuisine. With the expertise of Estella Schweizer, an expert in plant-based nutrition, we have added plant-based flavour to our menu and created a place that makes our guests rave.

Vegan flavours have found a permanent place in our hotel concept. And that remains the case. Whether it’s a steak made from red lentils, vegan scallops or a seitan schnitzel – you can expect both familiar vegan dishes and sophisticated reinterpretations of popular classics.

Whether you are a convinced vegan or simply want to discover plant-based cuisine – our kitchen team will ensure that your stay with us is particularly enjoyable. For us, a vegan diet does not mean doing without. Rather, our dedicated kitchen team is committed to the art of creating creative and lovingly prepared plant-based dishes.

In addition to constantly new vegetarian and vegan dishes at the breakfast buffet, for lunch or dinner, our team is also happy to prepare gluten-free or lactose-free dishes for you on request.

A good morning makes the day

Whether almond, oat or soya milk – you can enjoy your coffee with us, just like at home. Believe it or not, our plant-based selection at the breakfast buffet even delights non-vegans. The vegan scrambled eggs in particular are something every guest loves to try – it’s best to see for yourself. Look forward to lovingly prepared delicacies at the buffet and a relaxed start to the day.

Very friendly staff, cosy bed, very relaxing wellness area with free water and tea, clean and tidy. Many plus points with the food, large selection of vegan and vegetarian alternatives (vegan cold cuts, cheese, ‘scrambled eggs’) at breakfast and dinner, very good wine list.

I rarely experience such a great and varied breakfast with a huge selection of vegan components in hotel restaurants! I was particularly impressed by the tofu scrambled eggs with vegetables. So delicious! But there are also lots of vegan cold cuts, spreads, milk alternatives, bread etc. on offer. Pure variety! I love it!

The hotel offers vegan starters and main courses as well as a breakfast buffet with a vegan selection. I tried the vegan scallops and a wild garlic risotto, both of which were very tasty. At breakfast, there were vegan cold cuts, cream cheese, tofu scramble, chia pudding and much more. All in all, a great recommendation!
