In Blankenburg, a visitor’s tax of EUR 2.50 per person and day is levied, which is not included in our prices. The visitor’s tax covers the use of public transportation and additional benefits in the area.
Free cancellation is possible until 6:00 PM, 30 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the hotel retains the right to the agreed compensation despite non-utilization of the service (cancellation fee). The hotel is to offset the revenue from alternative room rentals as well as the saved expenses. If the rooms are not rented out elsewhere, the hotel can lump-sum the deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obligated to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation with or without breakfast, as well as for package deals with external services, 70% for half-board, and 60% for full-board offers.
