In Blankenburg, a visitor’s tax of EUR 2.50 per person per day is levied, which is not included in our prices. The visitor’s tax covers the use of public transportation and additional discounts in the area.
Free cancellation is possible until 6:00 PM, 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel retains the right to the agreed compensation despite non-utilization of the service (cancellation fee). The hotel must offset the income from alternative room rentals as well as the saved expenses. If the rooms are not rented out elsewhere, the hotel can estimate the saved expenses as a lump sum deduction. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation with or without breakfast, as well as for package deals with external services, 70% for half-board, and 60% for full-board offers.
